Albums on Ipod:Dilli 6

Hi Music Fans , yet another beautiful work of art from my favourite Music Director A.R Rehman.I cant help but talk about this Album .Though there were mixed reviews on the Movie, "Dilli6" has a great set of songs. "Masakali" is some cracker of a Song , Beautiful Picturization of the song. The Auido imagery shown is Brilliant. My favourite will be "Rehna Tu ",A beautiful Romantic melody of love, its Irony and accepting your lover in entirety just the way she is ..."Thoda sa dard tu ,Thoda sukun".Sung my ARR himslef , this song just lingered as a hum for days together on my lips."Dilli 6" and "Kala bhandar " are next in line of my favourites.Former has great Beats and the later has deeper meaning in a Rapping style like in "Kural " from the Connections Album. Its a Treat for all ARR fans .Please Do give this a try if not tried yet.

Twisting My Head Around:Pilot

HI Folks, One of the new thinks that has been keeping me occupied recently is the wire Puzzles. I came across one of them with a friend and Colleague Harsha @ Office .He has certain interest in Puzzles like me. I liked the concept of the Puzzle so much I started making them at Home. All that you need is some Copper cable, Nose Pliers and a Lot of Patience , the Net Result is some mind bending Puzzles.

This is one of the First Puzzles that I have made so far, it’s called “Un-cuff my heart”. The Aim of the Puzzle is to separate the Heart from the Cuff. Many more will follow soon.

Dilbert

Every one with an IPod should try podcast …..There is so many of them. So much so that there is something for everyone. I have a few favorites ….Just felt the need to share some of them with folks with similar interests .So here goes the First one.
Dilbert of Scot Adams (from ringtales.com) is my favorite on the animated humor list. Short, satirical humor delivered with absolute impunity. This is something close to every self respecting geek from any corner of the world. It’s something that puts a smile on my face in less than 30 seconds and lightens my heart every time I catch one when I have that break of few minutes.
Note: Itunes Users please click on the image to go the link for subscription...Its Free ,convenient and Fun.

Thinking about the Cube

Well the one thing any of you will notice about me is my I pod Touch that is always with me. Then there is the cube that always keeps me from getting bored. Rubik cube.....ah why did I not meet you earlier.....it all started when I was in a signal in MG road some 8 months back. There I was waiting to pass on a non moving traffic signal in MG road , a guy selling cubes walked up to me and asked me to get a cube from him. He said its only 30 rupees , then when he realized I was not showing any signs of interest he just reduced to 25.On an impulse(so unlike me ...)I got one for me. It was promptly tossed on my dashboard and forgotten. It was just adding color to my dashboard until one day, while I was waiting to be served on a road side restaurant I just started to scramble it. Then when I tried to set it right I got the complexity, solving one layer at a time. That breakfast lasted about an hour and I was able to put it together for the first time. But then I did not understand how I solved it. I was intrigued that time...But never thought I would get so much crazy about something at that time ...Until Next post...
